Resident Guidelines
At 32Heavenly Hands, we're committed to providing personalized and attentive care to each of our residents. To ensure we can meet this commitment, we've established a few guidelines that help us maintain the highest standards of safety and care within our home.

for the health, safety, and comfort of both our residents and staff, we have established a weight limit for residents not exceeding 195 LBS. This guideline allows our team to provide efficient, personalized care to each resident while ensuring their comfort and safety during transfers and daily care routines.
in keeping with our commitment to uphold the dignity and personal wishes of our residents, we only accept Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) patients. This policy aligns with our belief in respecting each resident's individual end-of-life decisions and ensuring their autonomy and comfort are at the forefront of our care.

Additionally, as a private pay organization, we are dedicated to maintaining our high standard of care. While this means we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid, it also ensures we can continue to provide our residents with the personalized attention and exceptional service they deserve.

We understand that these guidelines may not fit everyone's individual circumstances. However, we firmly believe that these stipulations enable us to provide the best possible care to our residents. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that everyone who calls 32Heavenly Hands their home feels safe, respected, and cared for in an environment that is both nurturing and empowering.

We thank you for your understanding, and as always, we welcome any questions or discussions about our guidelines. At 32Heavenly Hands, we're not just a care home - we're a family, and our priority is always the well-being and comfort of our residents.
